Sound Therapy & Vibrational Healing
Supporting Nervous System Balance & Rest
Sound therapy is a gentle, powerful way to support the nervous system and invite the body into deeper states of rest and regulation.
I offer sound therapy and vibrational healing sessions using tuning forks, sound bowls, and resonance-based practices to help clients slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of safety and balance. Each session is personalized, intuitive, and grounded in presence and care.
What Is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy uses vibration and frequency to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore balance. When the nervous system experiences steady, soothing sound, it can shift out of stress responses and into rest.
Sessions may support relaxation, emotional processing, improved sleep, and a greater sense of clarity and ease. Sound therapy is non-invasive and works alongside other wellness practices.
How Sound Therapy Supports the Nervous System
The nervous system responds to rhythm, tone, and vibration. Sound therapy gently engages this response, helping the body recognize cues of safety and calm.
Through resonance, sound can support:
• relaxation and stress relief
• nervous system regulation
• emotional balance
• grounding and presence
This work meets the body where it is, without force or expectation.
What to Expect in a Sound Therapy Session
Each session is unique and guided by your needs in the moment. Sessions may include tuning forks, sound bowls, gentle vibrational techniques, and guided rest.
You’ll remain fully clothed and supported in a calm, welcoming space. Many clients describe sessions as deeply relaxing, restorative, and grounding.
No prior experience with sound therapy is needed.
In-Person & Virtual Sound Therapy Sessions
I offer sound therapy sessions in person in Florida and North Carolina, as well as virtual sessions for clients anywhere.
Virtual sessions are thoughtfully designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation, even across distance.
