A personal retreat is a three-hour, one-on-one experience created entirely around you.
Unlike large group retreats or rigid schedules, this offering is intentionally spacious and responsive. Together, we create a container that supports rest, reflection, and reconnection — at a pace that feels nourishing rather than overwhelming.
Each retreat is shaped by what you are carrying, what you are releasing, and what you are ready to welcome.
