From Overgiving to Overflowing

My work is meant to visually sing — grounded in nature, a little rebellious, and unmistakably me.

I don’t believe healing has to be complicated, clinical, or confined.

It can be wild and wondrous, honest and human, fierce and full of heart.

I guide clients toward rooted restoration — the kind that begins in the nervous system and ripples all the way down to the cellular level. Because real healing doesn’t come from force; it comes from flow. It’s where science meets soul, intuition meets integrity, and the body finally feels safe enough to remember how to thrive.

The Journey Behind the Work

🍀 35 years ago — I started raising kids and learned that love is both the teacher and the medicine.

🍀 32 years ago — I began teaching in early childhood development and saw how safety and curiosity shape a child’s world.

💔 25 years ago — our son was diagnosed with autism. We questioned everything — the labels, the system, and the silence. That moment cracked my heart wide open and sent me searching for truth.

💚 25 years ago — I dove head-first into holistic health, exploring nutrition, herbs, movement, faith, and energy work.

💔 16 years ago — I sat beside my suicidal son for three months. I couldn’t save him, but I could show him how to save himself by living.

God, yoga, art, nature, and rest became our lifelines.

🍀 15 years ago — I became a certified life and wellness coach, kids’ yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, choosing to pay forward everything our journey had taught me.

💔 12 years ago — we faced more darkness through trauma and rage, and I began researching trauma, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, and the mind-body-spirit connection.

❤️‍🩹 10 years ago — as empty nesters, we reclaimed space to heal, reflect, and rebuild trust in ourselves and in life.

🎶 5 years ago — I trained in vibrational sound therapy, helping clients transform heavy emotions into balance and clarity. I’ve witnessed grief soften, anxiety ease, and vitality return.

What I Know for Sure

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be soulful, sassy, and full of aliveness.

Warmth over worry. Play as medicine. Nature as guide. Curiosity over control.

Community as catalyst.

Every season of my life has taught me that overgiving drains us, but overflowing—living from wholeness, rest, and wonder—changes everything.

The Invitation

If something in my story stirs yours, you’re already part of the conversation.

Come pause, play, and rise with me through coaching, sound therapy, retreats, and community connection.

With warmth and wonder,

Lillian
